How do I restart my tax return I do not see the tool bar

After you log in to your return

Click the blue take me to my return button in the center of your screen

At the bottom of the black column on the left side of the page, click arrow beside Tax Tools

Clear and Start over is at the bottom

You may need to shrink the size of your screen to see it
