How do I select pay filing fee out of my return money..I haven't finished they want payment b4 it's filed now do I change that?

If that option is still available you can choose it in Step 1 of the FILE tab  otherwise you will need to pay upfront and mail in the return since the online efiling has closed. 

Sorry you can only use the Pay with Refund service by efiling.  And it's too late to efile now  You have to print and mail it.    How to mail a return from the Online version

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
