I don't need to talk with TT Support.  I'd like inform TT of my experience & problems with their products.  I want an email address or a snail mail address for TurboTax.
    March 3, 2020

Yep it is too bad that we cannot email someone.

My rep was great on a case I had opened so I just wanted to make sure she got more praise then what the survey allowed.

This community nonsense is horse**bleep**. I try to send a message and am told TT is closed. How is an email address closed.  HORRIBLE.

Email is not one of the ways to contact TurboTax.  That is why you cannot find an email address.

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition.  If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there.  Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.

    Post it WHERE?????

When I try to create a question the idiotic program requires I specify to whom I am sending question. Like I know WHO to ask?  There are NOT even any drop down choices, yet the To: box is "red-starred" ie, MANDATORY.

This "community forum" is ABSOLUTE NONSENSE.

I had to pick some message at random and reply as I am doing now, because NO OTHER WAY T CONTACT YOU PEOPLE.

The one answer I got from idiotic forum - when I went to read it - "was deleted or archived" --- well, WHICH WAS IT?  Deleted, or archived?  If deleted before I even read it, WHAT WAS THE POINT OF ANSWERING?   If archived, WHERE TO FIND IT?

This whole system seems designed to... I don't know what?  It is in NO ONE'S INTEREST to have such a horrible system - not customers nor TurboTax's --- it makes NO SENSE.

I PAID for TurboTax Live... WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

    **** HORRIBLE ******

You're posting in an old already-answered jumbled thread on a different topic.   You are not likely to get much notice and help in this old thread on a different issue.

You should start your own NEW thread at the link below where you may get some attention and assistance from someone familiar with DC returns.   Go to this page and click the blue "Ask a question" button:

    https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/after-you-file/discussion/02/203

Enter a title for your question, and below it is a box where you can explain more details about your issue.

By the way, tax refunds do not come from TurboTax.   Any DC refund would come from the DC tax authority.   Please start a new thread where you can be questioned.

After signing up for TurboTax Advantage, I have decided that I must dis-enroll.  How do I do this other than telling my bank to stop/refuse payment on any credit card billings from TurboTax, which. of course, I'll do if I receive no answer from TurboTax!

I've been rejected three times but I filed with turbo tax last year and the problem I can't remember my AGI

    February 23, 2020

The IRS requires that your Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) from your tax return from the previous year be included with any tax return e-filed this year.

You can find your 2018 AGI on Line 7 of your Form 1040.

If you had filed with TurboTax last year, the AGI would have been automatically added to the return. If you did not file with TurboTax last year (or if you filed in a different TurboTax account), you will need to enter the AGI from last year manually. The AGI is added near the end of the filing process, just before filing the return.

To find the AGI from a different TurboTax account, sign in to that account, then scroll down on the opening page until you get to Your Tax Returns and Documents. Chose 2018 and download your tax return.

If your previous year tax returns are not available, you can use the IRS Get Transcript tool. Try the online option first. If you are unable to obtain the transcript online, you can have one sent to the address the IRS has on record for you. You can find IRS Get Transcript here.

Email is not one of the ways to contact TurboTax, you can use the following link  https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/

If there is no record of your return at Where's my Refund  or you are getting the message "You may not have entered your information correctly",  an important factor can be if you are married filing jointly.  Make sure you are using the Social Security Number for the name that appears first on the return.  Keep in mind that once the IRS notifies TurboTax that your return was accepted we won't get any more information from them.

Here are some other common reasons why your refund is not showing at Where's My Refund:

    In order to View,

Download and/or  Print all of the currents years forms and worksheets:

    1. Sign in to your TurboTax account
    2. Click on Tax Home
    3. Scroll to bottom of page
    4. Click on Add a State (we're not really going to add anything)
    5. Click on Tax tools (left menu)
    6. Click on Print Center
    7. Click on Print, save or preview this year's return
    8. Put a check mark in the box for Federal Returns and State Returns (if you have one, or more).
    9. Click Include government and TurboTax worksheets
    10. Click View or print forms
    11. A new window will open that will give you the option to download and/or print.   This will include all forms and worksheets.

When your refund gets rejected by a bank and goes back to the IRS, the IRS issues a paper check and mails it to the address on your tax return.

Here is what the IRS says about entering incorrect banking information

I was in a severe domestic situation and I moved to Missoula Montana to get away from my abuser. Anyway I got to the domestic shelter here in Montana around the 24 of February. I've since realized that my abuser (Mike) stole my turbo tax card. I've called several times to cancel my old card and get a new one but stayed on hold for over 3 hrs. My question is how do I replace my card and update my address

What are you talking about?  Your tax returns are NOT sent to TurboTax at all.    A Federal tax return is to be filed with the IRS, and a state tax return is filed with the proper state tax agency.   So I have no idea what prompted your question, but it is the wrong path.

And in any case, it's not safe to send tax returns to anyone in regular email, which is not a secure method of transmission.  A tax return is way too sensitive.  A return has the bulk of your important personal info including possible bank deposit numbers.

It will be rejected if the IRS has received a 2019 tax return with your name and Social Security number already on a tax return that has been accepted by the IRS.
