How do I send payment after I filed and extension without payment?

I filed for an extension and did not choose to send payment. Did not realized I would receive penalty for this. Now I would like to send in my payment for state and federal. How do I do that since I already mailed my extension request?

You can pay your balance due to the IRS with a check or money order or you can pay directly through the IRS Website here: https://www.irs.gov/payments.
