How do i set up a payment arrangement . The ID ME irs site does not have my record

Yes, you can select an installment agreement as a payment method in TurboTax, if you completed your tax return using TurboTax. 

 

It's important to file your return on time even if you can't pay the taxes due. This saves you from paying the failure to file penalty. You will still be charged a penalty for not paying on time, and interest on the unpaid balance. 
 

You can request an installment agreement online from the IRS website, or on paper by completing Form 9465.
