How do I sign up to be notified when my state tax forms are ready?

Turbotax explained that "There's a delay for all returns like yours, no matter who's preparing them. If you sign up to be notified when your forms are ready, we'll let you know as soon as all your tax forms have been finalized." BUT THERE IS NO VISIBLE METHOD FOR ME TO SIGN UP FOR NOTIFICATION. It is not where Turbotax says it should be.

If you can give your State and Form Number, we can check further.
