How do I start my return from the beginning? I did not enter income and SS info on the first try.

To add  benefits from the Social Security Administration Form SSA-1099 (before filing):

1. Sign In or Open TurboTax

2.  Select "Take me to my return" (Online)

3.  Select “My Account" on top right of the screen (Online)

4. Click on "Tools" (Online)

5. Go to "Topics Search" (Online) or "Search Topics" in the top center of the screen (Desktop)

6.  Type "SSA-1099" and press "enter" to add a SSA-1099.

To add a Form 1099-R:

1. Sign In or Open TurboTax

2. Click on "Take me to my return" (Online)

3. Select "My account" on top right of screen (Online)

4. Click on "Tools" (Online)

5. Choose "Topic Search" (Online) or "Search Topics" (Desktop)

6. Type "Form 1099-R" and push "go" (Online) or "ok" (Desktop) to continue through the 1099-R interview.

To add a W-2 (before filing):

1. Sign In or Open TurboTax

2.  Select "Take me to my return" (Online)

3.  Select "My Account" on top right of the screen (Online)

4.  Click on "Tools" (Online)

5.  Go to "Topics Search" (Online) or "Search Topics" in the top center of screen (Desktop)

6.  Type "W-2" and press "enter" (Online) or "ok"' (Desktop)

7.  Select "+Add a W-2" on your "W-2 info" screen (Online) or the "Here's your W-2 info" screen in Desktop to add your W-2.
