Start in My Info and fill out all of your personal information.  Then proceed to Federal>Wages and income

What did you buy?   Did you buy desktop software (CD/download) to install on your computer?  If so, are you now trying to use Online TurboTax by mistake?

Those two versions are not interchangeable.
