Question

How do I start over and import my prior year tax return via PDF? I indicated that last year I used a CPA, and now it's making me enter all the information manually.

I've already tried Tax Tools > Clear and Start Over but it never prompts me again.

Unfortunately, TurboTax does not support import from a PDF file.  For this year you will have to enter it manually.  However, everything will be brought forward next year.
