How do I talk to a live person!!! The phone number given sends me in circles and does not connect me to a live person. I am getting very angry!

I submitted my return via the TurboTax program (downloaded). This was January 24th and TT sent a confirmation. Today, 2/15, the IRS says they do not have my return. I am concerned

The IRS did not begin to accept 2020 returns until February 12. You may need to allow some time for the IRS to catch up.

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund. Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.
