No, that will get you a specific toll free number to call and a Support Incident number to use.

I called [phone number removed]. There is automated response that I answered and after about the third question, I said "REPRESENTATIVE" and they connected me. Customer service rep was helpful and answered my question.

I don't know why they (TT) remove the phone number. I googled Turbotax customer service and saw there was a question, How do I speak to a Live Person at Turbotax? The phone number was listed.
