How do I transfer tax file from old iPad to Window PC? Old iPad won't let me login due to update issue on iPad.

    What version of TurboTax do you have? If it's TurboTax Online, you would only need to log into your account from the Windows PC.

    The iPad is only a portal into the online version even if you used the mobile app.  You can log into your online account and download the pdf or .tax2019 files to your computer.  Or use the computer to do 2020 online.

     

    You can transfer from 2019 from online into the online version or the Desktop CD/Download program.  Which do you want to use on your PC?
