How do I upload 2020 tax information onto 2021? Turbotax was used for both.

The pertinent information from your 2020 TurboTax Online return will automatically transfer to your 2021 return as long as you use the same TurboTax account that you used in 2020.  That means the EXACT same username and password.  Some people have more than one TurboTax account and don't realize it.  If you'd like to see if you have more than one TT account, use the instructions I'm linking below.  If you have more than one account, select one and stick with it.
