It's not clear where you want to change the employer's name, or why you want to change it. When you enter your W-2 in TurboTax you have to enter the employer's name as it appears on the W-2.

Do you mean that you had a different employer in 2024 than in 2023? If the W-2 from your 2023 employer was transferred to your 2024 tax return, delete the W-2 from the 2023 employer and enter your 2024 W-2 from the new employer as a new W-2.
