Make sure you entered them under State estimated taxes for 2024.   I just entered a 2024 Michigan estimate and it did carry over to the MI state return.   And make sure you chose Michigan and not a different state that starts with 'M' (like I did) when entering the payment.

You paid the 4th quarter State estimate for 2023 in January 2024?  You have to manually enter estimates.  They don't transfer from 2023.

To enter Federal or State Estimated Taxes Paid, including a state estimated payment made in January for the prior year, go to

Federal on left or at top (Personal for Home & Business)

    Deductions and Credits

Then scroll way down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid

Estimated - click the Start or Update button

THEN go down to 2023 state estimated taxes paid in 2024.   You have to pick the right state from the drop down box and enter the right payment dates.

It won't go on your 2024  state return because it is for  2023,  but will only be an itemized deduction on your federal if you itemized.

Correction. Estimated taxes paid in 2024 for 2024 state taxes are not being reflected in Michigan state return
