How do you fix a short-term transaction (box A) getting reported on form 8949 under box D? It is correct in step-by-step

A short-term transaction is being reported on IRS form 8949 under Part II Box D.

 

If the entry was entered using the one by one method, return to the entry and review what was selected under Sales section.  It sounds like one of the short-term options should be selected.
