How do you get a copy of your 2024 tax forms? The programs says it will take 2-3 minutes to organize then it goes dark?

    Im still having the same issue with the desktop 


    Try saving/"printing" the return as a PDF. Then see if you can print the PDF.

    I'm finished with my 2024 IRS tax forms and trying to get Turbotax to print a copy so I have the record and I can review it before filing.  I also need my state form to file.  It just says give us 2-3 minutes to organize and goes blank.  No printing.

    This was a problem but was corrected in a recent update.

     

    You may need to do a manual update. 

    What is a manual update?

     

    You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

    • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
    • Using a different browser
    • Opening an Incognito Window
