Question

How do you get around turbo tax automatically thinking I am classified as a dependent on my parent's tax return in regards to shared allocation with another taxpayer

This is in regard to a 1095-A. I am NOT considered a dependant on my parent's tax return only because I made more than the threshold but I am under 100% poverty level. I was included on the 1095-A my parent got, did not receive my own, and they had APTC. As per help instructions on turbo tax, it says to do a percentage allocation. However, Turbo tax keeps flagging it in review and will not let me file. It keeps telling me to delete the form 1095-A. I need to file it to reconcile my percentage of APTC. Has anyone ran into this issue and if so, How did you get around it? or what did you end up doing?
