How does one report an error in the turbotax software for 2023?

Turbotax says Social Security withholdings by employer were too much.  Says should be 6.2%.  Employer did withhold 6.2%.  And amount isn't over any upper threshold.

Check something.   Did you file a joint return?   Did you make sure to enter each spouse's income under the correct spouse's name?   If you put it all under only one name, it could be over the 2023 max of $9932.40.

All values are entered appropriately and the amount is no where near the max limit

How many W-2s do you have?

What are the exact amounts in boxes 3, 4, and 7 on each W-2? If you are filing a joint tax return, identify which spouse each W-2 is for.

What is the exact message from TurboTax about the Social Security tax, word for word? Which W-2 does it refer to?
