    A Form 1095-B is not entered on a tax return.  Only the Form 1095-A that you would have received for health care insurance from one of the state Marketplace Exchanges is required to be entered on a tax return.

    Did you enter a Form 1095-A on the 2019 federal tax return by mistake?

    Not sure what you are asking but form 1095-B doesn’t have to be reported on your return.
