how I should fill SSN or ITIN of my wife is she has F1 and not working?

    You can apply for an ITIN for your spouse by including Form W-7 with your mailed tax return.

     

    Or, you can apply for an ITIN by mailing in the Form W-7 to the IRS separately and leaving her off your return this year, since she has no income to report.

     

    However, if you want to file as Married Filing Jointly, the first option is the best.
