How is extra withholding on a W-4 reported to me at end of the year??

When filling out W4, my wife and I both asked for an additional 30$ a month to be withheld. Does this automatically get calculated into paycheck/W2?

Yes, when your employer withholds the extra $30 per month, the total will be reflected on your W-2 that you will receive next year.
