How long does it take for my injured spouse to be finished process after it was assigned to someone?

I efiled everything together Feb 6. My refund was completed, just waiting on my injured spouse part. The IS was assigned on Feb 15. How much longer?

    The IRS says to plan on 11-14 weeks.

    I talked to a rep today and she said normal time is 6-8 weeks but can take up to 11 weeks. This person was assigned to my injured spouse for almost a month now
