How many Federal and State returns can I process with purchase of a Turbo Tax Deluxe package

With online Deluxe you get ONE return per fee, and federal and state returns are priced separately.

With desktop download Deluxe, you can prepare and e-file up to five federal returns and the state returns that go with them.  There is a $25 state e-file fee which can be avoided if you print and mail the state return.

If you are referring to the TurboTax Deluxe desktop edition where you purchase and install the software on a personal tax return, you can create as many tax return as needed.  You receive 5 free federal e-filed and any returns over the 5 have to be printed and mailed.  There is a $25 e-file charge for every state tax return e-filed but this charge can be avoided by printing and mailing the state tax return.

If you are referring to the TurboTax Deluxe online web-based editions you can file one federal return with up to five state returns per Intuit Account.  The state tax programs are an additional fee of $59 for each different state return being filed.  There are no federal or state e-file fees.
