How many individuals can tax returns be done with Home & Business?

The desktop software Home and Business (CD/download) can prepare as many Federal returns as you need.  However, you can only efile up to 5 Federal returns.  If you have more Federal returns than that, then you can print, sign, and mail the additional returns.

NOTE:  The license is for you to install on computers that YOU own.   And it is not licensed for use by paid tax preparers.

You get a state program download that can be used to prepare multiple state returns (of that same state).  There is a 24.99 state efile fee for each state return that is efiled.  There is no state efile for New York.  And there is no fee if you print, sign, and mail the state returns.
