How much am I being Charge to file my taxes with TurboTax

This is mainly a user community forum, so no one can see your fees.  But we can tell you how to check on your fees and how you might be able to lower your cost, based on the product you appear to be using.   It also depends on whether you added any optional features such as MAX.

You appear to be using Live Deluxe which is $120 for Federal and $55 for state.  If you choose to pay those fees out of the Federal refund, there is an additional $40 service fee ($45 for California filers.)   If you chose that payment method, we can tell you how to remove it so you can pay upfront with credit/debit card or a prepaid debit card you can buy in a store.

Check your fees this way:

With your return open, go to the left menu column and click on TAX TOOLS, then TOOLS.

In the Tools window choose MY FEES.

You appear to have added the optional Live feature.   The Live feature allows you to contact a tax expert CPA/EA on demand during return preparation, and a final review of your return prior to filing.
