How much federal income tax should be withheld if i made$8262.50, i am filing as single?

If you ar filing single and made $8262, with no other income, you do not have a tax liability.  The standard deduction for Single is $13, 850--so you only pay tax on an amount of income higher than $13,850 if the income is reported on a W-2.
