how should indian employee provident fund interest be reported in the federal tax return

    @nahata-saurabh , Namaste ji.

     

    Are you talking about the "old" providend  fund schemes  in India  or am I reading this all wrong.  Thought  those were kind of replaced by  Indian version of Social Security / Pension.  Please tell me more  about your situation ---  the employer type  ( private entity / govt or ? ),  your age , how long have you been participating in this and are you still putting monies in ?

    How about you own tax status  / tax status ?

    Are you employed in the US ?
