How to activate retail version of TurboTax 2020 LIVE license key?

Retailed boxed Live version
Instruction was use
https://activate.turbotax.com to activate the included 'boxed code'.
However, it didn't show any activation options.

Thanks for your suggestion. It hasn't worked for me as I haven't been able to hold of Intuit's support specialist who are supposed to be open 'daily from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT'

I am very disappointed. With my schedule, I haven't not been able to contact the support specialist time, and the online support team was very confused about the retail version of LIVE product. I think it was very irresponsible of Intuit that they closed without providing an expiration date or an automated web application menu where you can either request a refund or to convert it to a CD version of product with Live support.

If you purchased the 2020 TurboTax desktop CD/Download program there is not a Live edition for the desktop editions. Only the TurboTax online web based editions have the Live edition but only for the current tax year, 2021. There is no license code associated with the online Live editions.

Good catch. Where did you buy a 2020 LIVE retail version? LIVE is only for online Turbo Tax and only for the current year 2021. Did you mean 2021? If it is really for 2020 I would go back to the store and tell them they are selling old boxes. Or did you buy it before Oct 15?

Thanks for your reply, but it was not adding any value for me.

I need a TY 2020 product, so I got the 2020TY version which turned out to be out of support. I find it very irresponsible for Intuit not to have a plan for handling products that they didn't plan on supporting (presume after Oct 15?)

Since it was purchased, I hope that Intuit is responsible enough to provide me a solution such as converting the 2020TY license key to a 2020TY CD license key rather than making it more difficult by forcing me to use their telephone line which isn't even 'daily'
