How to activate TurboTax activation key on Android tablet

  • I do not have a desktop computer. I have an Android tablet and purchased the TurboTax activation key from Sam's club website. My tablet keeps saying it cannot open the file that was downloaded when I clicked on the link from the email Sam's club sent me. Did I just spend $83 for nothing??! I cannot get a refund for the activation key I purchased from Sam's club website. Can someone please help me?

    The TurboTax desktop software cannot be installed on a Mobile device.  It can only be installed on a personal computer, Windows or Mac.

     

    You will need to return the software to get a refund.

     

    You can get a free TurboTax mobile app at the Google Play store.
