You mention "1095-C" in the question title, then in the details you mentioned 1095-A.   Please clarify what you need info for, or both.  Or was one a typo?

You don't need to enter a 1095-C.   It's for your records.  See this FAQ:

If you have a 1095-A, we can tell you some easy steps to get to the entry interview once you clarify.

A Form 1095-C is not entered on a tax return.

To enter your Form 1095-A -

  • Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
  • Click on Deductions and Credits
  • Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
  • Scroll down to Medical
  • On Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A), click the start or update button

Or enter 1095-a in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1095-a
