If you have not yet filed your Ohio tax return, the only way to file it now is by mail.   E-filing is closed.   Print it, sign it and mail it to the state.

Print your Ohio state return.   It will have the federal return after the state return.  You need to send both the federal and the state.   Be sure to sign and date the returns in ink.  Also add copies of any W-2's, 1099's, 1098's and any other forms you used to complete the return.

If you owe taxes, then also enclose a check for the amount due.  The address is:

Ohio Department of Taxation

P.O. Box 2679,

Columbus, Ohio [removed]

Put all needed documents into the envelope.  Send it by a certified mail service so you will have proof when it is received.
