How to attach pdf ACA Explanation

return rejected for not having 1095-A. no one in the household got/gets that form we have 1095-C. According the "Marketplace" website if we don't have a 1095a, we should attach a pdf to the return with an explanation of why we don't have that form.
How do I do that?

You can't. when you try to e-file is it rejected due to the lack of form 1095-A/8862? if so what is the rejection code. if it's about the need for 1095-A/8862 then you'll have to mail in your return. Turbotax has no provision for attaching an external document.
