How to be assigned to a different tax expert? I was assigned then got switched and the new expert has many punctuation and spelling errors in the introductory message.
I originally was assigned a lady and then a day or two later I saw I was reassigned to a gentleman. I wouldn't mind except in his introductory message to me he had numerous missed spelled words and very bad punctuation. To be completely honest I'm concerned about the quality of work.
