How to cancel because I had to mail hard copy and could not file electronic yet I paid to send electronic

    TurboTax does not charge an e-filing fee in TurboTax online.  

    When you pay for TurboTax Online, you're charged a tax preparation service fee. The prep fee is charged whether you e-file or print your return.

    Alan your wrong, T.T. will charge you 24.95 to submit electronically even when you have not submitted the return and maybe I do more than one return  - I know the first one free.
