how to cancel online subscription before end of test period?

    If you haven't paid, for the online version, there is no need to cancel anything.

    • You can clear your information by going to 

    On the menu in the sidebar on the left.

    Select Tax Tools

    • Tip: You may have to minimize tabs for both Federal & State
    1. On the drop-down select Tools
    2. Clear and start over (2nd option)

    Your ID and Password will Keep the account secure

    There is no need to do anything else.
