The questions about whether you can be claimed as someone else's dependent appear in MY INFO, so to change your answer to that you need to click your name in MY INFO and go through the screens.  Did you already e-file?   Did you answer incorrectly and cause someone else's e-file to be rejected?   Or is your own e-file being rejected?
