How to change phone number

If your phone number was removed you can leave it blank.  Otherwise you can use these steps to update a corrected number.

You should see Tax Home on the left side of your screen.  This is the area that your looking for.  If you don't see it click on the 3 white lines.

1. Sign in to TurboTax and
2. select Intuit Account on the left, just above Sign Out (you may need to scroll down;
3. select the 3 white lines or Tax Home if you still don't see this).
4. Select Sign in & Security to update information like your user ID, password, phone number, or email.
5. Or select Personal Info to update information like your name, address, or job.

To update your TurboTax Advantage account, see these instructions.

To update your TurboTax (non-Advantage) account email, phone number, mailing address, or password:

1. Sign in to TurboTax and select Intuit Account on the left, just above Sign Out (you may need to scroll down; select the 3 white lines or Tax Home if you still don't see this).
2. Select Sign in & Security to update information like your user ID, password, phone number, or email. Or select Personal Info to update information like your name, address, or job.

For TurboTax Online:

Go to www.TurboTax.com

• Log into TurboTax Online
• Click the box Take Me to My Return
• In the upper right corner for Windows user click on My Account
• Select Account Settings and you will be able to update or change your information on both the Profile and Security tabs over to the left (see picture below)

Using the TurboTax online editions click on My Info on the left side of the online program screen.  Edit your Mailing Address, the phone number is shown.
