How to contact TurboTax?

I spent over 50 minutes talking to a TurboTax representative who was literally holding me on the phone without explaining why. He did not solve the problem. I am extremely disappointed for wasting 50 minutes of my life with overly underqulified representative. The problem is still not solved.

I did not find an option to create a ticket or contact them about the case in any way. There is no option to even submit feedback. AI bot does not give an answer to this simple question neither.
