I uploaded my 1099-INT form into TurboTax. TurboTax is automatically filling in Box 3 – U.S. Savings Bonds with the first row of transactions (i.e., $880.93), but I have several rows of transactions, with a total of $14,365. Which value should I enter in TurboTax: $880.93 or the total $14,365 ?

In box 3 of form 1099-INT, you should enter the total for the year. i.e. $14,365.87, rounded to $14,366.
