How to enter Form SSA-1099? The desktop version button takes me to a blank screen.

Thank you for your response. I can’t enter it in FORMS since I did not enter it initially. The phone number disconnects my call. There is no email option for support.

TurboTax really gone downhill. Sad.

You should be able to create the form in FORMS.

Click on 'Open Form' and type in 'Social Security Benefits Worksheet'.

Navigate to Wages & Income->Retirement Plans and Social Security->Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB-1099). and click Start or Update or whatever the button says.

Perhaps this path will have better results.

Thank you for your response, but that is the path I take but that update button takes me to a blank screen. It is more of a technical support issue.

Is there another area I can just plug the amount such as 1099-R? That update button works.

If you're using TurboTax Desktop, you can go to FORMS and enter your social security info directly on the worksheet.

If you're using TurboTax Online, I would suggest you close the program, clear your Cache and Cookies, and return to the entry.

If this doesn't resolve your issue, you can Contact TurboTax Support, where they can access your computer to help.
