My wife received two pay checks but no W-2

Please contact the employer to see if they sent your wife's W-2. If she cannot get a W-2 she will need to notify the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 and use her last paystub to file a substitute W-2 using Form 4852 with the 2022 tax return (you won't be able to e-file).
