How to file a business tax extension?

    If you are filing form 1065 (for an LLC), or form 1120S (for an S-Corp), the filing deadline is March 17, 2025 and it is now too late to file an extension.

     

    For a C-Corp, you still have time as the filing deadline is April 15, 2025.
