How to file Fidelity Charitable Fund into TurboTax2024? Can it retrieve all the needed info from my Fidelity automatically, just like it can retrieve my W2 info online?

If you set up an ItsDeductible account,  and started tracking your giving in 2024 you can import your charitable gifts. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you

1. Open or continue your return.
2. Go to donations to charitable organizations.
3. Select the Yes button to answer the question: Did you make any donations to charity in 2024 ?
4. If you have an account with ItsDeductible,
5.  select Yes to begin the process of importing your donation information; if you select No, continue to the next step.
6. Follow the onscreen instructions to finish entering your donations.

If you haven't set up an ItsDeductible account yet, you can do so to make importing your charitable donations easier next year. Here's how you can set it up:

1. Create an ItsDeductible Account: Visit the ItsDeductible website and sign up for an account.
2. Track Your Donations: Throughout the year, you can log your charitable donations in ItsDeductible.
3. Import Donations into TurboTax: When you're ready to file your taxes, TurboTax will allow you to import your donation information directly from ItsDeductible, similar to how you import W-2s.
