How to get amount paid for filing tax return returned to my account since the returns were rejected by federal & state and you never resolved the issue(s)

    What is the issue?  This is the first question you have posted under this user name.  Did you get your returns filed another way?  Did you print and mail them or go somewhere else?

    TT fees are to prepare your returns, and are the same even if you file by mail (except for desktop state returns that are e-filed)..

    What was the reason(s) for the rejection?
