You can go back into your 2016 TurboTax return by doing the following:

Sign into your TurboTax account
Hover over My TurboTax
Click on My Tax Timeline
Under your 2016 return where it says "Some things you can do"
Click on "Add a state" (we're not actually going to add a state it's just a workaround to get back into your taxes)
