How to get ES Forms for 2024 when getting refund for 2023

I paid quarterly Estimated (ES) payments in 2023 (first time ever) and will be getting a refund. I do not have withholding on any pension income and want to make estimated payments in 2024. Because I am getting a refund, TT does not include ES Forms. Where can I get those for 2024, or is my only option to have a portion of my refund applied to 2024 taxes?

If you are using the TurboTax desktop editions you can create the 2024 Form 1040-ES for estimated tax payments -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home & Business)

Click on Other Tax Situations

Under Other Tax Forms

On Form W-4 and estimated taxes, click on the start button

No, you can generate estimated payments from TurboTax, or you can print them from the IRS web site.

To generate them in TurboTax Online:

Sign in to your TurboTax account.
If you already filed your return, select Add State to get back into your return.
Select Other Tax Situations.
Expand Other Tax Forms and find Form W-4 and Estimated Taxes, click Start or Revisit to the right.
Answer No to the question Do you want to change your W-4 withholdings for 2024?
Select Review Now on the next screen.
Answer the questions about your 2024 filing status, expected income, and deductions.
On the screen titled, Which Method? Select one of the 2024 options, not the first option.
When you come to the Print Vouchers? screen, answer Yes and the program will include your 2024 1040-ES payment vouchers when you print a copy of your return later.

I don't recognize these steps, I am using download TT Premier. When I start TT I can open my filed return, start a new one or continue from TT online.
