!!!How to get ippin from irs if i cannot get it of the irs website....when i call the irs it tells me that there is no one available to speak to about my issue !!!!

The IRS gives you only two choices: retrieve your IP PIN by telephone or by using their website. Both methods are described here on the Retrieve Your Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN) webpage.

 

If you can't get either to work, then as the IRS says on that page, you'll have to print and mail your return.
