How to get Live help for current customers

Ive purchased TurboTax 2020 premier for Mac downloaded software. I need live help....How do I get live help? Can I convert to Live help?

The "Live" expert help is only for users of online TurboTax ---- it is not available for the CD/download. if you have questions you can post them here or you can still use customer support for extra help, but you cannot get the "Live" version that includes help from a CPA.
