Enter the information about the new baby in the family section. Under the dependent section, make sure that you enter that the baby lived with you for the entire year, include the Social Security Number and also that you provided over half of the support for the child. 

 

Here is a TurboTax help article with information to make sure that you receive the third Recovery Rebate Credit for your new baby. You may also be eligible for an additional Child Tax Credit.
